Business Banking Specialist

A company is looking for a Business Banking Relationship Specialist I to provide support in client onboarding, sales, and ongoing relationship management.

Key Responsibilities

Coordinate client sales and service execution with Business Banking Teams

Research and resolve customer issues while ensuring compliance with bank regulations

Facilitate new account openings and manage related product cross-selling

Required Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent

Up to five years of business or retail banking experience

Experience in customer service and business loan processes is a plus

Working knowledge of banking software and Microsoft Office Suites

Ability to work independently and in a team environment
