  • Assignment End Date : February 9, 2026\n
  • Contract Length : 13 weeks\n
  • Shift : 12-hour days (7 : 00 AM – 7 : 00 PM), every other weekend required\n
  • Call Requirement : 2 call shifts per scheduled period\n
  • Weekly Hours : 36\n
  • Estimated Weekly Pay : $1,720 - $1,840\n

    • \n\nRegistered Nurse Qualifications\n \n

  • Active Arkansas RN license or compact / multistate nursing license\n
  • Minimum 2 years of recent Labor & Delivery RN experience\n
  • Current certifications : ACLS, BLS, and NRP\n
  • Postpartum nursing experience preferred\n
  • Strong clinical, critical thinking, and leadership skills\n

    • \n\nLabor & Delivery RN Responsibilities\n \n

  • Deliver comprehensive nursing care to patients during antepartum, intrapartum, postpartum, and neonatal phases\n
  • Apply the nursing process in compliance with the Arkansas Nurse Practice Act and hospital policies\n
  • Demonstrate sound clinical judgment and anticipate patient needs to ensure safe, quality care\n
  • Maintain clinical competencies through ongoing education and professional development\n
  • Delegate and supervise patient care activities based on staff education and experience\n
  • Provide direction and support to assigned healthcare personnel in delivering patient care\n
