Compensation : $80,000 - $120,000

Key Responsibilities

Supervise daily accounting operations and ensure accurate financial records

Oversee month‑end and year‑end close processes

Prepare and review financial reports for management

Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis

Ensure compliance with internal controls and applicable regulations

Provide guidance, training, and support to accounting staff

Partner with leadership to improve processes and efficiencies

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field

3+ years of accounting experience, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role preferred

Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail

Effective communication and leadership abilities
