Now Hiring : Licensed Remote Sales Insurance Agent

Company : Michelle Edwards Agency (Allstate Exclusive Agency)

Location : Remote U.S. Based Only

Job Type : Full-Time | Remote | Commission + Base + Bonus

Salary Range : $65,000 $115,000+ per year

(Competitive base + uncapped commissions + bonuses + flexible schedule + paid time off)

  • What Youll Do

  • Quote and sell Auto, Home, Renters, Umbrella, and Life policies
  • Handle warm transfer leads, mailer responses, and purchased data
  • Maintain a sales pipeline and perform consistent follow-ups
  • Meet or exceed monthly sales targets
  • Participate in coaching and development sessions
  • Note : You will not handle customer servicing or claims this is a dedicated sales position.

    Requirements

  • 1+ year of recent Allstate sales experience (REQUIRED)
  • Active Property & Casualty license (Life license is a plus)
  • Proven closer with strong negotiation and time management skills
  • Motivated, goal-oriented, and willing to work occasional nights / weekends
  • Must reside and be licensed in the U.S.
  • Tools & Training

  • Structured onboarding to get ramped up quickly
  • Proven scripts, CRM systems, and quoting tools
  • Regular performance check-ins and coaching

  • Important : Marketing and lead generation costs (including transfer leads and mailers) are agent-paid. Success in this role is directly tied to your initiative and effort.
