We have an opportunity for a Materials Team Lead on 2nd Shift to join our Delavan, WI team. You will help achieve and maintain materials team goals, including safety observations, reduction of quality errors with audits and implementing resolutions, parts picking for sales order, material market set up, and identifying process improvements to meet productivity goals.

You will :

• Updates and tracks materials and value stream MDI metrics daily in regards to Safety, Quality, Delivery, Cost, Cash and Culture.
• Coaches team members on standard work, MDI Metrics and overall material workflow.
• Becomes proficient in all SAP functions required of the materials lead position.
• Supports production and material flow to ensure processes run smoothly and uninterrupted.
• Fosters a continuous improvement culture within their team.
• Performs audits on material flow processes, supermarket accuracy, and pick accuracy.
• Performs training for employees on mobile equipment.
• Sets daily work schedules to ensure that all production needs are met.

Compensation :

The hourly pay for this role is : $24.00 to $30.00 / hr . DOE. Opportunity for a rate increase after you are proficient in certain skills and have fulfilled training. Actual pay may vary depending on factors including but not limited to achievements, skills, and experience.
