Fondé en 1985 dans une maison datant du XVIe siècle située dans une rue piétonne du centre médiéval, l’hôtel le Saint-Paul Relais & Châteaux 5

  • constitue le seul établissement hôtelier présent à l’intérieur des célèbres remparts de la cité de Saint-Paul-de-Vence.

Les équipes d’hébergement et de restauration proposent des prestations de luxe dans un cadre mêlant romantisme et traditions. L’établissement dispose d’une cave à vin comprenant les meilleurs crus ainsi qu’un bar à cocktail et du restaurant le Saint-Paul, restaurant proposant des spécialités méditerranéennes dans une quête perpétuelle d’excellence et d’innovation.

Le soleil de Saint-Paul est le plus beau de toute la Provence (Vauban à Louis XIV le 7 janvier 1701).

Fonctions principales

  • Mise en place et aménagement de la cave.
  • Assurer la relation avec les producteurs et les fournisseurs.
  • Guider la clientèle dans ses choix et les amener à découvrir les produits.
  • Maîtriser les saveurs et les accords.
  • Suivi des stocks ainsi que des commandes auprès des fournisseurs.
  • Animation de dégustations de vin.

    • Qualifications

  • Le profil recherché : Vous êtes passionné(e) par les vins et êtes en recherche constante de nouvelles idées.
  • Expérience professionnelle significative en tant que sommelier.
  • Vous parlez couramment l’anglais et optionnellement une autre langue.
  • Bonne humeur et sens de l'humour.
  • Envie de partager vos connaissances et d’évoluer.
