Title : Team Lead – Healthcare Technology Commercialization
Location : Remote
Duration : 1 Year (possible extensions)
Compensation : $85 / hr - $90 / hr
Contract Type : 1099 (Must be authorized to work in the U.S and no sponsorships available)
Overview : Our client is seeking seasoned Team Leads to spearhead projects within our Health Technology Center for Commercialization portfolio. The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience in managing large-scale projects, particularly in healthcare technology commercialization and public health initiatives.
Key Responsibilities :
- Project Leadership : Oversee project teams, ensuring alignment with program objectives and timely delivery of milestones.
- Strategic Planning : Develop and implement project plans, assess progress, and adjust strategies as necessary to achieve desired outcomes.
- Stakeholder Liaison : Serve as the primary point of contact between project teams and program leadership, facilitating clear and effective communication.
- Resource Management : Identify resource needs, draft scopes of work, and coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to secure necessary support.
- Quality Assurance : Ensure all project deliverables meet the highest standards of quality and are aligned with program goals.
- Mentorship : Provide guidance and support to project facilitators and team members, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.
Qualifications :
Educational Background : Master’s degree or higher in a relevant field.Professional Experience : Over 20 years of experience leading and managing large projects, with a focus on healthcare technology commercialization and public health programs.Alternative Experience : Demonstrated exceptional performance in healthcare technology commercialization projects (e.g., RADx) may be considered in lieu of the above experience, contingent upon a strong recommendation letter.Preferred Experience :
Proven track record in developing project deliverables, evaluating project status, and ensuring on-time delivery.Experience mentoring early and late-stage companies through the commercialization process.Familiarity with regulatory approval processes pertinent to healthcare technologies.Skills and Competencies :
