Title : Team Lead – Healthcare Technology Commercialization

Location : Remote

Duration : 1 Year (possible extensions)

Compensation : $85 / hr - $90 / hr

Contract Type : 1099 (Must be authorized to work in the U.S and no sponsorships available)

Overview : Our client is seeking seasoned Team Leads to spearhead projects within our Health Technology Center for Commercialization portfolio. The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience in managing large-scale projects, particularly in healthcare technology commercialization and public health initiatives.

Key Responsibilities :

• Project Leadership : Oversee project teams, ensuring alignment with program objectives and timely delivery of milestones.
• Strategic Planning : Develop and implement project plans, assess progress, and adjust strategies as necessary to achieve desired outcomes.
• Stakeholder Liaison : Serve as the primary point of contact between project teams and program leadership, facilitating clear and effective communication.
• Resource Management : Identify resource needs, draft scopes of work, and coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to secure necessary support.
• Quality Assurance : Ensure all project deliverables meet the highest standards of quality and are aligned with program goals.
• Mentorship : Provide guidance and support to project facilitators and team members, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.
