Registered Nurse (RN)

Job Summary\nWe are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong clinical background and a passion for providing high-quality patient care. This position involves working in various setting (including but not limited to med-surg floor and BHU), where you will be responsible for delivering comprehensive nursing services to patients of all ages,\n\nResponsibilities\n

• Provide direct patient care, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of nursing care plans.\n
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.\n
• Perform procedures such as catheterization and dialyzing patients as necessary.\n
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans.\n
• Conduct health assessments and monitor patient progress in both inpatient and outpatient settings.\n
• Participate in the Minimum Data Set (MDS) assessments for long-term care patients.\n
• Educate patients and their families about health conditions, treatment plans, and preventive care measures.\n
• Maintain a safe and clean environment while adhering to infection control protocols.\n\nRequirements\n
• Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of MS.\n
• Experience in home community care or inpatient settings preferred.\n
• Familiarity with internal medicine practices is a plus..\n
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively within a healthcare team.\n
