As a Project Manager, you will oversee performance of all trade contractprs in conjunction with the Field Superintendent.

Main Responsibilities :

• Manage project costs and provide monthly project updates
• Manage project cost changes and related project budgets
• Review architectural and engineering drawings to ensure that all specifications and regulations are followed
• Manage day to day client interactions and expectations
• Manage quality assurance / quality control program
• Understand and enforce contract and subcontract agreements, including contract negotiations and change orders
