What You'll Do

• Own Our Snowflake Platform : Lead the administration and performance optimization of our Snowflake data warehouse-ensuring stability, scalability, and security.
• Design with Intentionality : Collaborate across teams to create efficient data models, ETL processes, and integrations that align with ministry objectives.
• Engineer with Purpose : Build and maintain streams, tasks, stored procedures, and dynamic tables-delivering reliable and accessible data architecture.
• Lead Data Migrations : Oversee projects that move data into Snowflake, ensuring accuracy, performance, and minimal disruption.
• Champion Best Practices : Monitor cost and performance, implement governance standards, and apply emerging Snowflake features to stay future-ready.
• Empower the Team : Train and mentor teammates, fostering technical growth and collaborative problem-solving.
• Document Thoroughly : Maintain system configurations, procedures, and policies to ensure long-term efficiency and compliance.
