Key Responsibilities
Serve as a resource for current and prospective customers, providing expert knowledge of the company's products
Deliver quick and friendly assistance to customers via phone, live chat, and email
Collaborate with internal teams to resolve escalated issues and contribute to the Customer Help Center
Required Qualifications
2+ years of experience in customer-facing roles
Comfortable using various contact channels, including phone, chat, and email
Experience troubleshooting technical software
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
Willingness to work a weekend shift from Friday to Tuesday, 9am - 6pm EST
