Bid / Contract Specialist - Customer Care
Since 1946, Clarke has served the public health mosquito control market providing products, services and solutions to partner with and support domestic and international governmental agencies that work to control mosquitoes and mosquito borne disease. This mid-sized, third generation, family-owned business is seeking an experienced Bid / Contract Specialist to join our Customer Care team.
What You Can Expect
This position will play a critical role within our Customer Care team by overseeing the end-to-end process of customer bids and sales contract administration. This role will help to establish processes for effective bid and contract management and will ensure that customer bids and contracts are accurate, compliant with bid requirements, and align with Company policies and processes. In addition to the responsibilities of Bid / Contract Specialist, this position will also provide general Customer Care support to customers and internal stakeholders.
This position offers a base compensation of $65,000 $73,000. This salary range reflects an anticipated range for this position. The actual base compensation offered may depend on a variety of factors, including the qualifications of the individual applicant for the position, years of relevant experience, specific and unique skills, level of education attained, and certifications or other professional licenses held.

This position will be based out of our location in St. Charles, IL. A hybrid work environment with a minimum of 3 days in the office is standard.
