Program Overview

Our Specialized Crisis Services program serves children and adolescents under 18 experiencing crises such as suicidal, homicidal, physical aggression, or psychosis. We focus on assessments, crisis management, in-home treatment, and family-focused interventions.

Position Overview

• Provide mobile crisis response and assessments in natural environments.
• Utilize crisis respite homes when appropriate.
• Offer ongoing treatment until appropriate services are secured.
• Work non-traditional hours with flexible scheduling.
• Collaborate with community and adult crisis teams.
• Travel within a 60+ mile radius; attend meetings on days off if necessary.

Additional Information

Schedules vary; most assessments are virtual with some travel required. Our teams are based in various Tennessee cities.

Salary

$20 - $22 / hour based on education.
