Champtires is searching for a highly motivated person to join our West Mifflin location. Prior automotive or tire installation experience is preferred, but not necessary. Compensation will be based on experience.

The tire technician will :

  • Install, mount, balance and repair tires
  • Operate necessary machinery safely, following all safety instructions and guidelines
  • Assist customers and co-workers
  • Complete work orders and related paperwork
  • Maintain, organize and clean the shop and equipment

A successful candidate will have :

  • Ability to read and comprehend instructions and information
  • Ability to perform duties in a safe manner and to consistently follow policies and procedures
  • Ability to lift 50 pounds and be able to stand, bend and lift for continuous periods of time
  • At least a high school diploma or GED
  • Authorization to work in the U.S. and be at least 18 years old

    • Tire industry knowledge experience is a plus, but not required.

    Pay : $19.00 to $25.00 per hour
