Exciting Opportunity : A bonus of up to $9,000 is available for qualified candidates! Ask us about the details today.

  • Salary Range : $35 to $42 per hour, based on relevant experience
  • Location : Fort Collins, Colorado at our Longview Campus
  • Status : Full-time and PRN positions available, all eligible for program / shift differentials
  • Hours : 36 hours per week, with 12-hour shifts available for both day and overnight

Additional Perks : Employees working at locations operating 24 / 7 earn a differential. Enjoy shift differentials for evenings, nights ($7 per hour), weekends, and holidays!

Overview

As a Registered Nurse (RN) , you will play a vital role in managing urgent, high-stress situations. Collaborate closely with interdisciplinary teams to implement immediate treatment plans and provide compassionate, client-centered care during critical moments. Your expertise will help engage thoughtfully with both clients and their families, ensuring smooth transitions of care in high-pressure environments while adhering to all regulations and safety protocols.

Essential Duties

  • Conduct clinical assessments and identify problems, providing crisis interventions and maintaining accurate clinical charts.
  • Deliver prescribed medical treatments and personal care services to clients.
  • Administer medications and monitor clients for side effects.
  • Coordinate and consult with team members and providers regarding medical care and interventions.
  • Develop and maintain a medication administration system.
  • Screen and evaluate lab reports, referring abnormalities to the provider.
  • Audit medications and ensure compliance with state regulations.
  • Educate clients about their medications.
  • Document progress notes on therapy and medications, reporting any errors.

    • Requirements

  • Unencumbered Colorado license as a registered nurse
  • New graduates with a strong interest in Behavioral Health and withdrawal management are welcome to apply!

    • Highly Desired Qualifications

  • 1 year of experience in a behavioral health setting
  • Bilingual / bi-cultural candidates preferred
