Als Corporate Recruiter ben jij een strategische partner voor onze hiring managers en draag je bij aan onze groeiambities. Jij hebt een neus voor talent en weet hoe je mensen enthousiast maakt.

Wat wij graag zien in jou :

  • Minimaal 3 jaar ervaring in recruitment, bij voorkeur in een corporate omgeving.
  • Uitstekende communicatieve en organisatorische vaardigheden.
  • Ervaring met LinkedIn Recruiter en ATS-systemen.
  • Een proactieve houding en creatieve mindset.
  • Affiniteit met employer branding is een pré.

    • Wat jij gaat doen

  • Adviseren van managers over wervingsstrategieën en het verbeteren van processen.
  • Actief sourcen van kandidaten via diverse kanalen.
  • Creëren en implementeren van employer branding campagnes.
  • Begeleiden van het volledige recruitmentproces, van intake tot aanname.
  • Data analyseren en rapporteren om processen continu te verbeteren.
