About The Position

Seven Healthcare is pleased to present an exciting travel nursing opportunity for a Registered Nurse (RN) in MedSurg / Telemetry in Johnson City, NY. This assignment offers a weekly blended rate of $3,000, based on three 12-hour day shifts per week.

Key Responsibilities of the Travel Nurse

Provide comprehensive nursing care to MedSurg and telemetry patients during day shifts

Monitor patients' cardiac and respiratory status, including telemetry readings

Administer medications and treatments according to physician orders

Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans

Educate patients and families on health management and discharge instructions

Maintain accurate documentation of patient care and clinical observations

Respond promptly to patient changes and emergencies

Requirements of the Travel Nurse

Active New York Registered Nurse (RN) license

Current BLS and ACLS certifications

Minimum of 2 years' recent experience in MedSurg and telemetry nursing
