With over 70 centers across multiple states, our dedicated team is committed to medication-assisted treatment, counseling, and comprehensive care management. We believe in treating the whole person, addressing the root causes of OUD, and supporting our patients on their journey to recovery.
Job Summary

Essential Functions
Conduct intakes, admissions, discharges, and transfer paperwork with patients.Document patient progress through counseling and group interactions.Create individualized treatment plans and psychosocial assessments within required timeframes.Identify and address clinical and case management needs.Provide individual, group, and family counseling as needed.Engage in weekly one-on-one counseling sessions.Report any instances of patient abuse, neglect, or grievances as required.Educate patients on treatment processes, health issues, and recovery steps.Assist with urine drug screens and initial patient identification.Monitor patient activities on center premises.Participate in community relations activities as directed.Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and policies.Actively participate in staff meetings and preparation for inspections.Perform additional tasks as assigned by leadership.Minimum Qualifications
Education / Licensure / Certification :Experience in the substance abuse field is preferred but not required.
Qualified candidates will hold one of the following licenses : LPC, LMFT, LCSW, LMHC .Experience Required :A minimum of 500 hours of experience in substance abuse is preferred.
Skills and Abilities :Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and be dependable.Basic mathematics skills.Benefits
