Our client is seeking a highly organized and proactive Personal Assistant to join their family office team.
This role will focus on managing the client’s personal and household logistics, complementing the work of the existing Executive Assistant who handles business related support.
The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, discreet, and experienced in supporting high-level principals in a dynamic environment.
While the position is primarily remote, candidates must be based in New York City for occasional in-person needs.
Responsibilities :
- Manage the principal’s personal calendar, appointments, and reminders Coordinate personal and family events, including logistics and guest communications Handle travel arrangements and itineraries Oversee personal errands, gifting, reservations, and vendor coordination Liaise with household staff and outside service providers as needed Maintain confidential records and documents Provide general lifestyle management and support to ensure seamless daily operations Qualifications : Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar personal assistant or lifestyle management role Proven ability to work independently and manage competing priorities Excellent communication and organizational skills High level of discretion and professionalism Based in New York City Salary : $120,000 - $140,000 Powered by JazzHR
