  • Job Summary :

    • As a Server, you will play a vital role in ensuring our guests have a memorable dining experience. You will be responsible for providing attentive, efficient service while showcasing our menu offerings and contributing to a positive atmosphere. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a passion for hospitality, and a keen attention to detail.

  • Key Responsibilities :
  • Greet and welcome guests in a friendly manner.
  • Present menus and offer recommendations based on guest preferences.
  • Take food and beverage orders accurately and promptly.
  • Serve food and beverages in a timely manner.
  • Monitor guest satisfaction and address any issues that may arise.
  • Process payments and handle cash / credit transactions securely.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area.
  • Collaborate with kitchen staff and other team members to ensure smooth service.
  • Uphold health and safety regulations and maintain a clean work environment.
  • Participate in pre-shift and post-shift meetings as needed.
  • Qualifications :
  • Previous experience as a server in a restaurant or similar environment is preferred but not required.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to providing high-quality service.
