Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Operations Manager located in Crystal Lake, IL. The Operations Manager will oversee the day-to-day operations, manage the logistics and supply chain, and ensure efficient processes and timely deliveries. The role includes coordinating with the production team, supervising the workforce, maintaining quality standards, and fostering client relationships to ensure service excellence.

Qualifications

  • Experience in overseeing operations, logistics, and supply chain
  • Ability to manage and supervise a team effectively
  • Strong organizational, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for client relationship management
  • Attention to detail for maintaining quality standards and ensuring efficient processes
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field is a plus
  • Experience in the wood pallet industry or similar field is preferred but not required
