We are working with a premier probate litigation law firm, focused on guiding its global, ultra-high-net-worth individual and institutional clients through the complexities of contested probate and civil court proceedings throughout California and Texas. The firm seeks two (2) Managing Attorneys, one for its Los Angeles office and one for its San Diego office. Expected salary is circa $250,000, and more, if the attorney brings a substantial book of business (not required for the position). The firm offers a full range of benefits with details to be supplied by the firm.

Your Qualifications

• You have cut your teeth in probate litigation and know the California Probate Code and the California Rules of Civil Procedure inside out.
• You have 5+ years of experience, specifically in trust and estate disputes.
• Not only do you have the writing chops and horsepower of a great attorney, but you are also creative with your litigation style; you love getting to the bottom of things; you are a natural learner who grows by learning and doing; you have been entrepreneurial in your career; you are a self-starter who follows up on matters naturally; and you are a team player who knows and appreciates the value of being stronger together.
• You are looking for a supportive and caring firm where you can grow your career and be a real leader in one of the fastest growing practice areas in the law, while maintaining your life and sanity.
• You can consistently deliver 1800 quality billable hours annually.
