Maintenance Mechanic - JLL

What is the day-to-day

• Performing preventive and corrective maintenance on mechanical systems and equipment to ensure optimal functionality.
• Conducting routine inspections to identify potential problems and address them proactively.
• Collaborating with the facility management team to develop maintenance plans and schedules.
• Responding to urgent maintenance requests in a timely manner to minimize downtime.
• Assisting in the coordination of repairs and upgrades with external contractors, ensuring compliance with safety standards and regulations.
• Maintaining accurate records of maintenance activities, including work orders and equipment repair history.

Location : Onsite

Work Schedule : Monday-Friday 7am-3 : 30pm

Compensation : $36 per hour

Estimated compensation

Estimated compensation for this position : 74,880.00 - 74,880.00 USD per year

This range is an estimate and actual compensation may differ. Final compensation packages are determined by various considerations including but not limited to candidate qualifications, location, market conditions, and internal considerations.

Location : On-site - Thousand Oaks, CA
