Our innovative platform integrates point-of-sale, inventory management, marketing, and customer relationship management (CRM) services, tailored specifically for golf courses and golf retail outlets.
We are seeking a digital marketing professional to join our Golf Marketing Team. As a member of this team, you will be responsible for managing and delivering digital marketing services to golf course owners and operators all over the country. This includes managing client accounts, developing and implementing digital marketing strategies, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
About the Role You will be responsible for managing client accounts, developing and implementing digital marketing strategies (e.g., email campaigns, social media posts, and general website advice), and ensuring customer satisfaction. This role requires excellent communication skills, a deep understanding of digital marketing tools, and the ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
Key Responsibilities Act as primary point of contact for customers, addressing their digital marketing needs and queries and managing an ongoing communications calendar with the customer.
Proactively engage with customers to develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies tailored to their operation and to meet customer objectives.
Manage and optimize digital marketing campaigns across various platforms including email marketing, social media, SEO and SEM.
Analyze campaign performance and provide detailed feedback / reports to customers, highlighting key metrics and insights.
Build and maintain campaign plans within our project management platform.
Participating in team activities designed to generate new initiatives, strategies, and strengthen existing practices to provide the most effective service to our clients.
Collaborating closely with our team of specialists to maintain a high level of quality in asset curation, content creation, copywriting, and other related activities.
Continually engaging with industry resources and educational content to stay on the forefront of digital marketing trends and best practices, especially those specific to the golf industry.
Minimum Requirements Bachelor’s degree
Minimum of 3 years of digital marketing experience, with a demonstrated track record of development and managing successful campaigns
Strong understanding of digital marketing tools and platforms including Google Analytics, Google Ads, social media management tools, and CRM software.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to maintain strong client relationships
Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to make informed decisions
Demonstrated ability to effectively manage a book of business, and be responsible for client satisfaction and retention
Knowledge of project management tools.
Effective time management and organizational skills, with the ability to properly prioritize and manage multiple ongoing projects
Team-oriented and collaborative
Preferred Golf industry knowledge is a plus but not essential
