Job Title : Field Risk Specialist (Part-Time)
We are seeking a self-directed, motivated candidate to join our national field team as a Field Risk Specialist (FRS) . This part-time role is responsible for conducting on-site audits at wholesale and retail locations within an assigned territory. Core responsibilities include physically verifying inventory, reviewing records, documenting findings in a mobile audit application, and consulting with site personnel regarding results. Future functions may include additional field service and risk management activities.
Essential Functions :
- Verify in-stock inventory by inspecting VIN / serial numbers or other identifiers.
- Meet with authorized personnel to confirm the disposition of missing inventory units.
- Review and verify records and documentation associated with sold, missing, or damaged items.
- Verify the status of required documentation such as titles or certificates of ownership.
- Record status information for each inventory unit using a mobile audit application.
- Document visit details and outcomes.
- Review audit results with on-site personnel.
- Communicate with internal teams regarding audit results, conditions, and risk factors.
Qualifications :
