  • This role offers the opportunity to lead transformative product development initiatives in the nonwovens industry, driving innovation from concept to commercialization.
  • Position will be located at our client's headquarters in De Pere, Wisconsin

What your future day will look like :

  • Lead ideation and concept development for new products based on market trends, customer feedback, and internal insights
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with operations, sales, and marketing to ensure product feasibility, scalability, and market alignment
  • Manage the full product lifecycle—from initial concept through launch and post-launch optimization
  • Implement lean principles and process improvements to streamline development and enhance product consistency
  • Ensure quality assurance and regulatory compliance throughout the development process
  • Champion sustainability by integrating eco-friendly materials and practices into product design
  • Use data-driven insights and advanced technologies (AI, IoT, AR / VR) to enhance innovation and product performance

    To be a champion in this role, you will need :

  • Bachelors Degree in an Engineering or technically-related field
  • 4+ years of experience in product development, innovation, or quality engineering within the Nonwovens Industry
  • Strong understanding of nonwoven materials, manufacturing processes, and applications
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365, Power BI, CRM tools
  • Experience with lean manufacturing, quality control, and statistical / AI tools
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and project management skills
  • Ability to thrive in cross-functional teams and manage multiple initiatives
  • A mindset geared toward experimentation, adaptability, and strategic thinking
  • Exposure to entrepreneurial environments, innovation coursework, or emerging technologies
  • Must live in or be willing to relocate to the De Pere, WI area
