Administrative Assistant
A condominium complex is seeking an Administrative Assistant to support with a backlog of clerical work. Primary duties include heavy data entry, entering in census forms, reviewing leases and licenses, phone and email correspondence, following up with vendors and property owners, and general administrative tasks.
Requirements - Proven experience in an administrative or clerical role.
Strong proficiency in data entry and attention to detail.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a dynamic work environment.
Proficiency in office software, such as Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Detail-oriented demeanor and strong interpersonal skills.
Familiarity with receptionist duties, including answering calls and greeting visitors.
High school diploma or equivalent; additional training or certification in office administration is a plus.
