Job Title : Technical Writer

Type : Full Time

The Technical Writer will collaborate with SMEs to create simplified work instructions, playbooks, and quality alerts, utilizing client SOPs and QABs. Reporting to the Quality Department, they will support Program Management & Leadership Teams. This is a remote position with travel requirements.

Responsibilities include :

• Receiving and tracking SOP updates from the client, ensuring timely revisions.
• Writing simplified SWIs based on SOPs.
• Creating and updating inbound and outbound SWIs in collaboration with site leadership SMEs / Sups.
• Supporting management in drafting Playbooks for leadership roles and programs, including translation support for pilots.
• Sending drafts for SME approval and submitting finalized documents to document control for inclusion in JARVIS.
• Tracking annual reviews of SWIs to verify link accuracy and current references, working with Document Owners.
• Supporting the Quality Team during annual audits.
• Traveling as needed for training, audits, or new project launches, estimated at 15-20%.
