WEEKLY PAY- Weekly Gross $2340

Schedule : 13-week Contract

Night 36hrs (3x12) 19 : 00-07 : 30

Job Summary

ATC Healthcare is seeking a skilled Registered Nurse (RN) for an assignment in the Medical-Surgical unit in Liberal, KS. The primary responsibility of the Medical / Surgical Nurse is to provide, coordinate, and document medical care throughout a patient’s stay at the facility. Specific responsibilities depend on the ailment in question and involve care from beginning to end. The Nurse plays a key communication role by coordinating care with various members of the patient’s medical team. Additionally, the Med / Surg Nurse provides emotional support to patients and their family members.

Responsibilities

• Admitting and assessing patients
• Administering medications and treatments
• Monitoring vital signs and symptoms
• Operating and tracking medical equipment
• Running and ordering tests
• Coordinating care with physicians and specialists
• Charting patient progress
• Patient ratio : 1 : 6
