What You'll Do

Partner with cross-functional leadership to deliver strategic financial insights

Analyze financial performance, identify key trends, and deliver actionable forecasts

Develop and maintain financial models for pricing, operations, and capital investments

Enhance budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting processes

Present insights and recommendations clearly to senior leadership

What We're Looking For

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field ( MBA, CPA, or CFA a plus )

4+ years of financial analysis experience (manufacturing industry preferred)

Strong financial modeling and data analysis skills; advanced Excel proficiency required

Experience with ERP and BI tools (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Power BI, etc.)

Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate data into business insights

Self-starter with curiosity, problem-solving skills, and a growth-oriented mindset
