Delivery Driver (Non-CDL) (Santa Rosa)

Warehouse Delivery Driver

$27.16 / hour

Mon - Fri Start between 4 : 00am - 6 : 00am. MANY flexible scheduling options discussed during interview. Possible mandatory OT up to 3 days per week.

Essential Duties

• Load and unload product on and off truck using tie-down ratchet straps, shrink wrap and blankets. Product to include crated and uncrated items, custom fabrication and other pieces of equipment as directed.
• Check product loads to ensure safe transit.
• Deliver product according to pre-determined route while adhering to driving etiquette rules of the road. Must meet DOT requirements.
• Carefully unload product at customer site and check order, noting any corrections or damage.
• Complete all assigned reports and paperwork at the end of day.
• Communicate with Manager any system or documentation problems identified throughout the day.
• Collect payments, as required.
• Comply with all safety, delivery and driving documentation regulations, to include pre-trip and post trip documents.
• Perform safety and housekeeping duties as they pertain to Edward Don & Company and OSHA standards.
• Effectively communicates to customers and all levels of staff.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
