As a Security Professional - Unarmed Healthcare Patrols in Las Vegas, NV , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Healthcare, and more.

As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal at a healthcare location, you will play a key role in maintaining a secure environment by conducting regular patrols and remaining highly visible throughout the premises. Your presence will help to deter security-related incidents while you provide outstanding customer service and clear communication to staff, visitors, and patients. This is a driving post, so you will be responsible for patrolling the property using a company vehicle.   • Wed : 03 : 00 PM - 11 : 00 PM
  • Thur : 03 : 00 PM - 11 : 00 PM
  • Sun : 03 : 00 PM - 11 : 00 PM

What You'll Do :

  • Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sites
  • Support operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and education
  • Receive site-specific training and guidance from experienced teams
  • Deliver consistent, professional security presence and customer service
  • Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise
  • Responsibilities :

  • Provide customer service to clients and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies in a healthcare environment.
  • Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established protocols for the healthcare location.
  • Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the facility and its perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and / or potential issues.
  • Maintain detailed and accurate records of activities, observations, and any incidents that occur during patrols.
  • Communicate professionally with staff, visitors, and emergency responders as needed, supporting a welcoming and secure environment.
  • Assist with access control and monitor entrances and exits to help to deter unauthorized access within the healthcare location.
  • Support emergency response activities as directed, including assisting with evacuations and / or other procedures as required by site-specific policies.

  • Minimum Requirements :

  • Must have supervisory experience.
  • Must be at least 21 years of age.
  • A valid driver's license is required and candidates must meet Allied Universal Driver Policy requirements. This is primarily for driving posts and is preferred.
  • Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
  • Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
  • Licensing requirements are subject to state and / or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
  • A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
