Maintenance Mechanic

Dynacast, LLC, a Form Technologies Company, is a leading global manufacturer of small engineered precision components utilizing proprietary multi-slide die casting technology and tooling techniques. We are currently looking for a Maintenance Mechanic for 2nd shift.

Hours : 3 : 00pm to 11 : 30pm

Pay : From $26.00 to $30.00 per hour, includes night shift premium

Summary of Position : Maintain, repair and troubleshoot all equipment in the facility. T his position offers a range of daily tasks, from minor fixes and preventative maintenance to complex troubleshooting of electrical and mechanical systems.

Key Responsibilities :

Rewires and rebuilds machines as required.

Purchase components for rebuild and maintenance purposes if directed.

Repair hydraulic, pneumatics, and electrical as needed.

Interpret schematics and drawings.

Perform preventive maintenance.

Fabricate items when needed.

Required Qualifications :

Minimum of 5 years industry experience in a manufacturing environment. A working knowledge of control circuits, process controls, plant electrical systems, hydraulics, pneumatics, welding and operation of machine tools is a must. Ability to read Schematic drawings and work from verbal direction. Die casting experience is a plus. Working knowledge of PLC's a plus.
