The Role — The SEO Analyst at Digible plays a critical role in executing and optimizing local SEO campaigns for multifamily, student, senior, and single-family rental properties. By managing a portfolio of 70–100 accounts, the analyst ensures high performance, measurable ROI, and consistent client satisfaction across multiple markets. In today’s evolving landscape — shaped by generative search, AI Overviews (AIOs), and emerging AI-driven tools — the analyst must stay adaptable, innovative, and forward-thinking in their approach. You should have the ability to learn quickly, a growth mindset, superb communication skills, and a values-driven personality. This role supports senior team members, works to refine internal processes, and drives operational efficiency, helping scale Digible\'s services while enhancing internal knowledge and client-facing results.

What you will do :
Execute SEO campaigns, including technical, local, and content elementsAnalyze the effects of SEO campaigns across multiple platforms and overall ROI for clientsRefine reporting and educational resources for internal and clients to better explain our SEO servicesSupport senior team members to improve operational efficienciesCollaborate with other departments to provide the best employee & client experiencesFollow internal processes and update documentation and materials as necessaryCommunicate results to internal teams and clients as neededHow success will be measured :
Team and department engagement73 Accounts per FTECompletion of SEO optimizations, tasks, and client notes within the monthUpsell recommendations (1 per month)What you should have :
Google Analytics CertificationExperience implementing local SEO campaigns across multiple markets with various package offeringsProficiency with on-site and off-site SEO strategies and best practicesFamiliarity with emerging AI integrations in SEO and how they impact strategy and executionProficient in Google Business Profile, Google Tag Manager, and Google Search ConsoleAbility to implement backend technical aspects of SEO, such as metadata, redirects, image alt tagging, sitemap generation, and robots.txt error testingExperience driving organic web traffic and search engine rankStrong copywriting and research skillsExperience executing website audits and ongoing SEO recommendationsAbility to work with development teams and provide recommendations regarding website architecture in a clear & concise mannerBe a self-starter with strong communication skills, who is detail-oriented and takes initiativeAbility to translate SEO campaign strategies, technical concepts, and best practices into clear, actionable explanations for clients and team members3+ years of concentrated SEO experiencePhysical requirements :
