We are currently seeking motivated and member-oriented individuals to join our team as a Branch Services Specialist.

Job Summary :

We are seeking a Branch Services Specialist to assist in leading the Branch Services team and serve as a resource person regarding issues related to account maintenance, deceased accounts, branch supplies, and IRA accounts.

Key Responsibilities :

• Perform data entry and work standard reports on a daily, monthly, and quarterly basis.
• Verify documents within Imaging Systems for new accounts, member services, closed accounts, deceased accounts, and IRAs.
• Process incoming payroll deductions for members.
• Research and resolve member questions and issues, within established authority levels.
• Oversee the posting of incoming mail payments for members, prepare and mark all outgoing mail for the credit union and maintain branch supply order and inventory.
• Updating and writing of operations procedures.
• Ensure compliance with policies and regulations.
