  • This person should be a solutions-oriented leader with the ability to be boots on the ground to get the work done.
  • In addition, this person is a terrific communicator, professional, and has an enthusiasm for community.
  • With significant experience in a senior level leadership role including management experience.
  • Responsibilities include overseeing operations as it relates to maintenance projects, repairs, building improvements, club cleanliness, vendor follow up, quality of work throughout the building and more.
  • In addition to managing teams and projects this role also includes the recruiting, hiring, and onboarding of new team members.
  • Including a thoughtful training process to help new hires understand our business and workflow.
  • This role is about the management of teams just as much as it is about the ability to execute projects.
  • Sometimes that means physically working with teams on bigger projects throughout the building.

Required Skills / Abilities :

  • Minimum of 5 years in a manager or director leadership role.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail.
  • Weekend availability, this role requires working one full day a weekend.
  • Strong ability to problem solve and adapt to situations as they arise.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or similar software.
