About The Role
As the Provider Growth Lead at Nourish, you'll be responsible for designing and building a full-funnel marketing engine to recruit new providers to our platform. As the first growth hire on this side of the business, you will define the strategy, stand up new channels 0?1, optimize our performance, and own a meaningful target driving the company's ambitious growth goals.
You'll be joining a collaborative and passionate team that's dedicated to improving lives through better nutrition, and you'll be a pivotal player in our vision to help one hundred million people live healthier, longer lives using Nourish.
This person will report into our Director of Provider Growth and work closely with the other parts of the Provider Growth Org (recruiting and onboarding) as well as cross-functionally with product, engineering, strategy & ops, and our core growth marketing team.
This role is full-time and open to NYC-based candidates only. Expectation to work in-person 3-4 days per week, with some remote flexibility, from our office in Flatiron.
