Key Responsibilities
Conduct workshops to gather customer requirements and document technical specifications
Configure the platform according to customer needs, including messaging channels and integrations
Provide strategic guidance and training to optimize platform use and enhance customer experience
Required Qualifications
5+ years of experience in a Technical Consultant or similar role within a SaaS environment
Proven experience implementing and configuring customer service platforms
Strong understanding of contact center operations and customer service best practices
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent experience
Technical aptitude with a curiosity for learning new technologies
