Join Our Team as a Sales Priority Responder

SERVPRO Team Fosdick, the premier restoration and reconstruction company in Northeast Ohio, has expanded our operations to include 13 franchises in the Cleveland, Akron, Mansfield, and Toledo areas. Our rapidly growing business has created an opportunity for a dedicated Sales Priority Responder, who is highly motivated, detail-oriented, and customer-focused. The Sales Priority Responder is a key member of the Mitigation team who provides initial onsite contact with residential and commercial clients, develops scope of work and estimates.

Primary Responsibilities :

• Manage the customer experience and overall customer satisfaction.
• Provide priority response to potential residential and commercial clients.
• Develop scope of work for projects and creates initial estimates.
• Negotiate client approval of project scope and estimate.
• Document and / or review job file to support the services provided.
• Maintain communication with internal and external stakeholders.
