Key Responsibilities
Align technology solutions with business strategies by identifying opportunities to improve business processes
Act as a technical liaison between customers and vendors, advising on system functionalities and implementation requirements
Develop and maintain effective working relationships with customer management and IT personnel
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
At least 2+ years of relevant experience in business systems analysis or business unit experience with IT collaboration
Knowledge of business area products and processes
Understanding of project management concepts for implementing multiple projects
Proficiency in Microsoft Office products
