The Leveraging Our Lands (LOL) Project Manager will support project implementation for cross-functional project teams to execute LOL strategic priorities including audience research, digital optimization, on-site and digital activation, storytelling and equitable access initiatives. They will critically assess project scope and objectives, ensuring all risks and dependencies are addressed in the project plan in order to deliver successful project results that support the fulfillment of the objectives. This role consults with the Associate Director of Marketing and Communications for LOL to develop and manage detailed project plans, budgets, timelines and success metrics in collaboration with internal stakeholders aligned with internal processes and best practices. They will support the ADMC for LOL in coordinating efforts across business units to ensure that visitor engagement tactics and messaging align with the strategy. They will work with the Equitable Access Program Manager for LOL to ensure projects prioritize accessibility and inclusion in their implementation. Throughout the project lifecycle, the Project Manager will facilitate team decision-making processes, ensuring project deliverables meet strategic goals and stakeholder expectations, while monitoring project progress, managing risks and implementing corrective actions to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery. They will utilize project management methodologies and processes and ensure all organizational and divisional standards are met. They will act as a resource to MAC and LOL teams to provide project management guidance and expertise on LOL strategy implementation.
This position requires traveling occasionally and working long and flexible hours as needed. The work environment involves only infrequent exposure to disagreeable elements and minor physical exertion and / or strain.

Salary Information :
This position may be based in any country where TNC has an established entity, taking into consideration legal restrictions, such as non-national ratios and immigration processing times. For U.S. based applicants only, the starting pay range for this position is generally within the range of $67,500-$100,000 for annual base salary and is based on location, qualifications, specific skills, and experience. This range only applies to candidates whose country of employment is the USA. For all other applicants, pay ranges will be in local currency, the pay range will be based on the local labor market, and not tied to the above pay range. Your geographic location will be confirmed during the recruitment and used to determine your actual pay range. Additionally, for all applicants, actual pay will fall within a range based on a variety of factors including, for example, the candidate's qualifications, specific skills, and experience.
