Transaction Management Analyst

A company is looking for a Transaction Management Analyst to provide evaluation and support for lease administration and financial reporting.

Key Responsibilities

Manage and report on lease terminations, renewals, and rent changes

Track lease information, property values, and capital expenditures

Prepare reports and assist in real estate transaction processes

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree preferred, or a combination of education and experience

Up to 3 years of relevant experience in transaction management or related field

Intermediate math skills for financial calculations

Proficiency in Microsoft Office products

Authorization to work in the United States without visa sponsorship
