A company is looking for a Manager, Payroll & Payroll Tax to oversee payroll operations for over 6,000 employees.

Key Responsibilities

Lead a team to ensure accurate, compliant, multi-state biweekly payroll processing

Manage UKG Pro configurations and drive automation for process improvement

Support mergers and acquisitions, ensuring seamless payroll system integration

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business, Accounting, or related field (or equivalent experience)

5+ years of experience in managing complex, multi-state payroll operations

Advanced experience with UKG Pro and UKG Pro WFM

Experience with mergers, acquisitions, or system conversions preferred

Solid understanding of payroll data flow and payroll tax compliance
