Job Description :

✅ The Certified Occupational Therapist Assistant (COTA) provides skilled occupational therapy services under the supervision of a licensed Occupational Therapist (OT) to patients in their homes.

✅ The COTA collaborates with the interdisciplinary team to support patient-centered goals aimed at improving functional independence, safety, and quality of life.

Requirements :

✅ Education : Associate degree from an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant program.

✅ Licensure : Valid Texas license to practice as a COTA.

✅ Experience : Home health experience preferred but not required.

✅ Transportation : Reliable transportation, a valid driver’s license, and auto insurance required.

✅ Technical Skills : Ability to use electronic documentation systems; familiarity with EMR preferred.
