Trusts & Estates Attorney - Williamsburg Office

Sands Anderson is seeking a Trusts & Estates Attorney to join our team in Williamsburg, Virginia. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing legal advice and guidance on estate planning, trust administration, and related matters. They will work closely with clients to develop strategies for managing their assets and ensuring their estate plans align with their wishes and legal requirements.

Qualifications :

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school
• Active license to practice law in the state of Virginia
• 6+ years of experience in trusts and estates law
• Strong knowledge of estate planning, trust administration, and tax laws
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively with a team
