Pay : 28-32 / hour

Schedule : Monday – Friday, Day Shift

About the Role

PDS Tech Commercial is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Technical Coordinator to join our team in Indian Trail, NC . In this role, you will play a pivotal part in ensuring operational efficiency, maintaining regulatory compliance, and supporting both field and administrative teams. Your efforts will directly impact project timelines, team safety, and overall operational success, making you an essential contributor to the company’s continued excellence.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct daily DOT electronic log audits and assist with DOT administrative compliance tasks.

Maintain and update safety records and ensure team member qualifications (e.g., welders, operators) are current.

Assist with scheduling resources, logistics planning, and coordination of parts receiving and shipments .

Support the field coordination group with filing, proofreading reports, and distributing customer surveys.

Learn, manage, and maintain document archive and business management systems .

Serve as a central point of contact for internal teams, helping ensure projects are on schedule and meet compliance standards.

Required Qualifications

Highly computer literate , proficient in MS Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Organized, proactive, and a self-starter capable of managing multiple priorities.

Strong attention to detail with the ability to maintain accurate documentation.

Willingness and ability to learn new systems and processes quickly.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience in logistics coordination , parts supply, or construction operations.

Familiarity with safety compliance or DOT regulations .

Experience in blue-collar workforce support , including maintaining certifications and qualifications.

Pay Details : 28.00 to 32.00 per hour
