Base pay range : $150,000.00 / yr - $160,000.00 / yr

This role leads operations in a manufacturing environment focused on transforming industrial by-products into value-added solutions. The company recovers and repurposes high-volume, non-hazardous waste and delivers sustainability-driven solutions for the agricultural, industrial, and infrastructure markets.

Responsibilities

• Oversee operations at plants, manage production, maintenance, quality, safety, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Provide operational leadership and develop, scale, and guide a high-performing team as the organization grows.
