job_description.job_card.job_descriptionValid driver’s license required. Facility Must Complete a DMV License Lookup Current CPR certification required. Six months experience in a long-term care environment preferred. Previous experience as a courtesy driver preferred Safely transports residents to doctors' appointments and organized outings. Reports significant changes in resident’s condition or poor tolerance for travel. Completes a safety checklist and takes corrective action prior to operating facility vehicles. Assists residents to enter and exit the vehicle. Makes deliveries, picks up supplies and equipment and load and unloads vehicle. Takes vehicle for scheduled and unscheduled maintenance. Setup Medicaid residents transports. Performs other duties as assigned. Conducts job responsibilities in accordance with the standards set out in the Company’s Code of Business Conduct, its policies and procedures, applicable federal and state laws, and applicable professional standards.
Position Summary :
Performs driving duties in support of the facility and residents.
Qualifications Education :
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
