- Stable and secure hospital-employed position
- 7-on / 7-off day block schedule with some night blocks shared with other hospitalists
- Reasonable 10 - 12 patient census
- There are usually 4 physicians during the day shifts and 1 at night
- Open ICU with pulm / CC or tele-ICU support available
- $300k base salary, $30k in quality incentives, optional $30k procedure incentives, and full benefits
- Open to internal medicine physicians available now
- Central Nebraska community has a regional airport with flights to Denver and other cities
