We’re seeking a Director of Digital Music to join our team as we the shape the future of digital audio!

Location : Virtual / Hybrid (Medford, MA / Philadelphia, PA / Dallas, TX / Atlanta, GA / Houston, TX / Los Angeles, CA / Phoenix, AZ / Chicago, IL / New York, NY / Nashville, TN / San Francisco, CA / Washington, DC)

Job type : Full-Time

Pay : $30 - $38 / hour

Responsibilities

Provide leadership in music strategy, scheduling, and curation for digital music initiatives.

Collaborate on DSP playlist strategies and curations (experience a plus).

Qualifications

Must have 5+ years of medium-to-large market Radio Programming experience with a focus in music strategy, scheduling, and curated playlists.

Experience with DSP playlist strategies and curations is a plus.

Minimum of 3 years’ experience with music scheduling software required (GSelector preferred).

Minimum of 3 years’ experience with radio audio playout software required (S+ and NexGen preferred).
